Riding on the hotel's fleet of limousines, it is just an 8-minute drive from the trendy bars and restaurants of Soho and Lan Kwai Fong. We had a very positive experience at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, tidy, and quiet, which allowed for a good rest. The Wi-Fi connection was also strong and fast, which was appreciated. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. We would happily return here on our next visit.

This is a beautiful, well-located, and complete hotel in front of Victoria Harbour. All staff were very educated, friendly and efficient. The concierge team was always helpful throughout the whole stay. Kristine, at the restaurant, was very kind and friendly during breakfast. Cody Lee at the front desk was proactive, expeditious, and resourceful during the check-in process. His service was outstanding. The hotel also has a great view of Victoria Harbour, especially from the Cruise restaurant at the top of the building, as well as from the hotel’s pool. Breakfast at the hotel's Farmer’s House restaurant is filled with the best variety of international food to satisfy all guests. In addition, the hotel is very close to a nice shopping mall, where we enjoyed great international food and did shopping at nice quality stores. Our stay at the Hyatt Victoria Harbour in Hong Kong was an unforgettable experience. We hope we can come back.

The hotel was conveniently located near MTR stations, restaurants, and convenience stores. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Plus the breakfast buffet was incredible!
