We do not regret choosing Zipcode Stay, it was one of the best decisions we made for our trip to Agra. Mr. Sathyam and Mr. Gulfam, who are in charge of the property, were both very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was upgraded from a Deluxe Triple to a Family Suite at no extra cost due to a minor issue in the bathroom, which we really appreciated. Zipcode Stay is within walking distance to the Taj Mahal, and there are plenty of food options and pharmacies nearby, making it extremely convenient. The area is quiet as well, and we had a restful sleep during our 2-night stay.

There’s this natural sense of belonging that develops without any effort. The management team deserves huge appreciation. They’re friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making your stay smooth and enjoyable. You can tell they care about the place and everyone who walks through the door. A special mention to Kami, who was honestly a highlight of our stay. She has this amazing artistic spirit—she showed us her artwork, shared stories, and brought a spark of creativity into the space that made the whole experience even richer. Her presence adds a unique charm to Urban Loft, and anyone who meets her will understand what I mean.
