Our complex of 8 charming buildings sits right on the banks of the East Rangá River, just a stone's throw from the Icelandic Route 1 (Ring Road) and 2km from Hvolsvöllur. The location was perfect for Northern Light viewing (weather permitting and subject to you taking the time to wait and check the sky). Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would 100% recommend this lodge as a stop for anyone traveling in Iceland. This is a little gem.

Easy to get to, and only about 15 minutes outside of Selfoss. This was the perfect place to stay to end my time in Iceland. Also, being outside of the city allowed for viewing of the Northern Lights. Sara was wonderful and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Hot tub was a fantastic bonus as well!

We loved watching out of the front windows over the wonderful landscape. The communication with our host was very friendly and superquick. We will definitely come back.
