I stayed for five nights and was very satisfied with the accommodation. Overall, my experience was excellent, which is quite rare. From the beginning, communication and instructions were clear, and all arrangements were handled online. Even the city tax was collected through an online payment, which is not always the case. I appreciate the convenience of online check-in, payments, and related processes. Regarding the accommodation itself, it was located in the Old Town (city center), near the Royal Palace, on a pleasant street with easy access to trams and buses. Entry to the building and the room was via a keypad code, which was very convenient, straightforward, and quick. The room was well equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, fan, air conditioning, towels, soap, shower gel, TV, and other essentials. I got 2 bottle of water each day for free. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room was very clean, with daily cleaning service. The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. Communication with the facility was conducted online via email and WhatsApp, which was very prompt. They responded immediately and resolved all requests and issues efficiently. On the day of my arrival (early morning), I was able to leave my luggage at the facility, and the room was prepared before the usual check-in time. Overall, they did an excellent job and exceeded my expectations.

Die Lage, ruhige Gegend und doch alles Interessante in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Es hat sehr freundliches und hilfsbereite Personal, ein schönes Ambiente mit cooler Bar und schönem Innenhof, eine gute Dachterrasse und einen tollen Fitnessraum.... sogar eine sichere und gute Tiefgarage. Mit dem Auto auch einfach zu erreichen. Wir fanden es einfach wunderbar ☺️

I will choose it again if I come back to Turin.
