Perfect location, sparklingly clean rooms, great breakfasts but the staff really made the whole holiday extra special. They were kind, attentive, knowledgeable and so very friendly. I lost my bag with my passport in it and they were super understanding helping me get it back! I wish all hotel staff were so invested in their guests well-being. To top it all off, we were even given an upgrade to a more beautiful room, which was such a lovely surprise. The accommodation itself was in the perfect location, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything on foot. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
