We enjoyed that the room was very clean, well set up and quiet. The bedroom and bathroom were large and nicely decorated. There was lots of hot water for the shower. We enjoyed the generous breakfast that was provided at the cafe downstairs. The B & B was well located close to sights and restaurants.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Giorgia, the host and owner, is incredibly sweet and makes you feel right at home - it felt more like staying at her own house than a hotel. She even drove us to town and back the night we arrived. The rooms were beautifully decorated with antique furniture and had a well-stocked minibar. The garden and pool were lovely and relaxing, and it was easy to walk into town through her beautiful garden and the nearby escalators. You simply have to visit this place — it deserves more than a ten! I can’t wait to come back someday.

We stayed just for one night but we can imagine to stay longer. The apartment was modern, clean, spacious and well equipped. We appreciate we could check in at night hours. It is a good location for visiting historical centre of Orvieto. The breakfast was arranged in the nearby café.
