I had one of the best birthdays of my adult life here! I stopped writing reviews but it would be a disservice not to rate this glampsite. The tent was spacious and high, the toilets were clean, the food was divine, and the customer service おもてなし was impeccable. I was exhausted from work, stressed, jaded by city life, eating poorly and sleeping badly. I am so grateful to unwind in such a gorgeous location surrounded by nature and kindness. I recommend bringing crocks or sturdy slip-on outdoor shoes, especially for the toilet. I also suggest bringing earplugs if you wake easily to bird noise. I also recommend the venison stew, the cassis orange, and the apple pie. To the company, I know hot water is provided in a thermos but I would definitely rent a mini kettle if you had one available. All in all, a fantastic experience especially after two awful group camping trips. ありがとうございました！

BIRD HOTEL ligt in Kamakura, op 2 minuten lopen van Yuigahama Beach, en biedt accommodatie met een restaurant, privéparkeren en een bar. Staff were exceedingly helpful with need to divert travel plans d/t typhoon- the front desk gentleman went above and beyond to have our luggage transferred from our hotel in Osaka (where we had forwarded it before going to Kamakura) to a different hotel in Tokyo (where we had to divert to get flight home and avoid typhoon related issues at KIX). Location close to train station Breakfast is very fresh and made when ordered- Japanese and Western options available I did not use it but was told by other group members that the tub/onsen-like bath was very relaxing. Rooms are extraordinarily spacious

Situated in the center of Tokyo, Ascott Marunouchi Tokyo is 800 metres from Tokyo Station. Elegantly furnished rooms located on the upper floors boast city views. It looks brand new, the facilities, staff , design, and the swimming pool are excellent!

GrapeHouse Koenji is aantrekkelijk gelegen in de wijk Nakano in Tokyo, en bevindt zich op 5 minuten lopen van Keimei Park, minder dan 1 km van Yamato Park en 8 minuten lopen van Mabashi Park. So clean, they clean everyday and it’s always spotless. The host is so lovely. Her dog is so cute and friendly too! Sometimes he’ll greet you at the door, this meant so much to me especially when I was missing my dog at home. The neighborhood is AMAZING. I love Koenji so much. A perfect, calm getaway from the city with still plenty of things to do. Great restaurants, thrifting, karaoke, parks, and Japanese vibes. Also Nakano is a 20 min walk away and they have a mall with Uniqlo and everything else you’d need. It’s easy to meet other people and make friends! Women-only was awesome and made me feel really safe. I can’t wait to go back and spend my entire Japan trip here. I shouldn’t have bothered with any other hotels. Nothing compares to Grapehouse Koenji!
