Our stay included my birthday and without any notification the hotel provided a birthday cake and candles and a birthday greeting card, which was unexpected and well appreciated. We enjoyed both the breakfast and two evening meals in the lobby restaurant and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Kurumi of the staff was outstanding in her hospitality.
