This hotel is, with no doubt, the best hotel in Hikkaduwa (and probably in Sri Lanka) The location is perfect, the rooms are amazing (well organised, incredible views, all the amenities you can need, soft towels, good coffee and tea…), the breakfast is the best one we have had in Sri Lanka (awesome!!!), the pool is fantastic and the staff is the best that the hotel keeps…thanks to Franzi for all the recommendations, attentions and care ❤️). We really didn’t want to come back home 🥹. The relation quality-price can’t be better and I do not understand yet why the hotel just keeps 5 stars! Should be at least 6! Really, the best place in Sri Lanka for relaxing, surfing or enjoying the sun. We will be back as soon as we can Thanks!!!

The staff was smiling and friendly. This was the last day in Sri Lanka and they were the fastest in preparing and serving breakfast. Breakfast was plentiful and the coffee was great. Our room was big and clean. Everything was great.

The room is spacious, clean, with a good AC, big bathroom with separated shower. The garden is very beautiful and it’s really nice to enjoy its tranquility from the little pool. We recommend both the dinner and the breakfast.

The friendly helpful staff, pristine gardens and clean comfortable villa made our stay a time to remember. Meals are available until 5pm each day (8pm on Wednesdays) and are delicious. Nothing was ever an issue for the manager Karin, who could organise meals, snacks by the pool, advice on local shops and even have my suit case repaired by the villa’s maintenance man. The team spoke great English and were happy to talk with you and make your stay comfortable and relaxing.

A small and chic boutique hotel inside Galle fort. Smart solution to be able to fit entire family in one room. A real experience with nice decorations and design. Note that our room had no windows towards the outside, but that was no problem. Breakfast was really nice.

Wow. I don’t even know where to start! The rooms were very comfortable, with a mosquito net and a powerful fan to keep us cool at night. It was right on the ocean so we were able to sit on our balcony or on one of the lounges and enjoy the gorgeous views of the ocean and the amazing sunsets every day. The best past was the hospitality. Shehan was such an incredible host, he was super accommodating, organising airport transfer from Colombo, taking us to a local temple, teaching us so much of his culture and customs, playing a local game called Carum with us and going out of his way at every opportunity to make it the most amazing experience. He even showed us to two baby turtles that had hatched below the property and we had the magical experience of releasing them that night. The food was top notch, local Sri Lankan breakfasts and two delicious dinners overlooking the beautiful ocean. Truly one of the most amazing experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend.
