Die Unterkunft liegt an einem sehr schönen, ruhigen Strand mit leichtem Wellengang. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in unserem kleinen Hüttchen. Bei der Unterkunft leben viele, sehr liebe Hunde die uns morgens schon begrüßt haben und mit mir den Strand entlang spaziert sind. Am Strand der Nachbargrundstücke liegt leider viel Müll, wenn man jedoch mal eine Stunde Müll einsammelt kann das Wunder bewirken. Mandy ist eine großartige Gastgeberin, wir haben die zwei Tage bei ihr geliebt. Sie ist offen und herzlich, wir haben die Gespräche mit ihr sehr genossen. Danke für alles, ich hoffe wir sehen uns wieder! Wir waren in der OffSeason in Trincomalee, weshalb es besonders ruhig war. Leider ist Pigeon Island da jedoch gesperrt.

Close to the Beach and next to the best Restaurant Mom's Kitchen, this place is a real gem. Rooms are super clean, good bed, good working shower and AC. The owner Prasanth is super friendly and takes such good care of all the stray cats and dogs in the area. He made it his life goal to take care for the animals nobody else is looking after, which makes him a true hero! At the place itself, there also are super cute dogs and cats that live there and it was a pleasure spending time with them. We hope to come back soon and would recommend everyone who comes to Trincomalee to spend your time here, you won't regret it! Ps: almost everything he earns he will use it to take stray animals to the vet, for food & medicine for the cats and dogs... So if you can, give him a nice tip so he can continue doing such beautiful work! ♥️

Tribal Village in Trincomale was our first stop in Sri Lanka, and it was the perfect way to start our trip. The location is beautiful : you can easily walk everywhere you need, and the beach is just a short distance away. The place is very new, and the cabanas are clean, cozy and private. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They always made sure we had everything we needed: even when we weren’t feeling well or had questions about the area. Their suggestions were always spot on( scuba diving) ! Breakfast was delicious, with several great options to choose from. They were so generous, always making sure we had enough food and drinks, even offering extras with a smile. What really stood out to us was the warmth of the people here. The manager and all the staff made us feel not like guests, but like family. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience — we truly hope to come back soon! Sophie and Caroline

Sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer, ist alles noch sehr neu. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ungefähr 7-10 Minuten Gehzeit bis zum Strand.

Die Unterkunft Trinco Town Family Guest House mit einem Garten ist gelegen in Trincomalee, 800 m von Trincomalee Railway Station und 1,6 km von Kali Kovil sowie 2,5 km von Gokana Temple entfernt. Nice place and the owner is very supportive and a very decent character. Fully equipped kitchen and a large refrigerator are major plus points, for a group of people. There are a few minor improvements that could attract the guests. Kind of nice to have things like, a small tables in rooms, furniture arrangement (in the rooms). Overall, it's 10/10. 😀

Very nice host – I felt very welcome during my stay. The breakfast was amazing, and the tour to Pigeon Island that Nimal arranged was fantastic. He also took me to watch the sunset by the lagoon and even let me drive his tuk-tuk, which was such a fun experience! When I couldn’t find accommodation for the next night, he cleared out a private room and kindly let me stay there. Truly generous and thoughtful – I really appreciated everything!
