Decorated in a traditional Moroccan style, the rooms and suites at Riad Alaka have air-conditioning and individual heating. The private bathrooms include free toiletries and a bathrobe. We had a great time with Majhoub and his team. They made arrangements to collect us from the airport and we were welcomed with fabulous dinner. The Riad was superb. It's located in the Medina, which is full of hustle and bustle, but we were in a quiet spot within an easy walk to everything. Majhoub helped us put together an itinerary for the week, which was super helpful. We visited the Atlast Mountains, a lunch with a Berber family, enjoyed a hot air balloon flight and visited a camp in the Agabay Desert. Majhoub was very clear to relay that I was a veggie to the organisers of any tours with food. Our driver, Abdou, was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and had a very warm and friendly personality. He was with us most days and told us a lot about the country, different areas, and history during our travels. We felt extremely safe. The staff were fantastic and we felt like we were part of the family rather than guests. Our thanks go to Majhoub, Abdou, Mimon, Aziza, Merica and Soraya and anyone we have missed - sorry (I think I have their names correctly!) for making a stay extremely special.

Riad Rabahsadia is located in Marrakech, 15 km from the international airport, 4 km from the train station and 1 km from Jamaa el Fna Square.

Its bar and lounge has a terrace fitted with sun beds and its courtyard has a seating area around the basin. EVERYTHING ! Fantastic friendly team that make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. These guys cannot do enough to be helpful and accommodating, they arranged taxis for us, came to meet us, adapted breakfast time table to suit our schedules, absolutely delightful team. The Riad is in a great location, walking distance from all major attractions, there are lots of great restaurants around. Once you are in, it’s very quiet, yo don’t hear the noise of the streets. We loved our room, very comfy bed and great toiletries! Lovely rooftop area, we came up for sunrise and sunset, so peaceful. Nice areas to sunbathe or just lie down to read, lovely. Breakfast was great, lots of different types of bread and pancakes, and the ladies that prepare it were lovely. We cannot rate this place enough, it’s the ‘home’ you want when you are away. A massive 10 out of 10 from us and double points to the team behind it, they really make you feel at home and will do anything to help. Thank you so much. Maria&Simon Edwards

Interior of the building is really beautifull. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast were perfect. Recommend to visit.

Located a short 20 minutes walking distance from the heart of Marrakech and the famous Jamaâ El Fna Square, Riad Losra is a great base from which to wander through the exciting streets of the Souks and discover the historic landmarks of the enchanting Red City. The location and especially the staff were incredibly amazing. They bent over backwards to make our stay very comfortable, helped us with everything we needed and made us feel extremely welcome. Boasting sea views, Zayyna hôtel de charme Essaouira features accommodation with an infinity pool, a garden and a bar, around 6.7 km from Golf de Mogador. The property has mountain and pool views. There is a restaurant serving Moroccan cuisine, and free private parking is available. This beautiful new boutique hotel is stunningly designed, with every detail carefully thought through and perfectly in harmony. The architecture blends seamlessly into the peaceful countryside, and the interior décor is refined and consistent throughout. The Tamegroute pottery in particular added such a unique touch. The palm tree-lined driveway creates a sense of grandeur as you arrive. From the terrace, the views of the surrounding landscape are simply breathtaking. The pool is delightful: the water temperature was just right, and the sun loungers were comfortable. We stayed in the most basic (and therefore cheapest) room, but it was absolutely perfect: beautifully decorated, a comfortable bed, and a fantastic shower. This is the ideal place to escape the busy work life and truly relax. Some other reviewers mentioned the access road, but we honestly don’t understand the complaints. It’s just a typical Moroccan gravel side road, easily manageable if you drive slowly – as you should anyway, since you often come across goat herds on the way! The food is delicious; not an extensive menu, but that makes perfect sense for such a small-scale hotel where guests often dine in Essaouira. This way, every meal is fresh and nothing goes to waste. The tajines were outstanding, cooked with love, and the breakfasts were a real treat too: different types of pancakes, bread, a freshly made omelette. What really sets this hotel apart is the wonderful staff. We have traveled to Morocco before and know the warmth of Moroccan hospitality, but the kindness and genuine care of this team were truly exceptional. During our stay, nothing was ever too much trouble. Each staff member, in their own way, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for, and they did it from the heart! They also had a wonderful team spirit among themselves, which made us feel like part of the Zayyna family. Saying goodbye was genuinely difficult.

Guests can make use of the sun terrace or the outdoor fireplace, or enjoy views of the mountain and garden. We were greeted with hospitality and were met with a lot of care. They were very flexible with everything and offered us help when needed. A must visit or staycation if one is close to Marrakech. There is a lot of activities in the area, including here that can be arranged. Me and my partner got to have a private cooking session with the chef and a tour around the garden which we extremely appreciate.
