We had a wonderful stay at Apart Maxim! The apartment was clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. But what truly made it unforgettable was the breathtaking view, waking up to that stunning sea and mountain scenery was just magical. Ana was one of the kindest and most thoughtful hosts we’ve ever met, she made us feel completely at home and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. She also let us use the kayaks and paddleboards on the private waterfront, which was such a nice bonus and made our stay even more special. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Kotor, we’d love to come back one day!

Having been to over 50 countries to date, I must say this property is one of the best, if not the best, I’ve ever stayed. Everything is special about this place. I almost don’t want to write this review because I want to keep this place a secret. This place is everything and more. Pedja and his family are incredible and ones we now call friends.

A recently renovated property, Old Kotor apartment is set in Kotor near Kotor Beach, Kotor Clock Tower and Sea Gate - Main Entrance. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is situated 10 km from Saint Sava Church. Very good apartment and location close to the old town (3 min walk) very clean and had everything we needed. The host Toni answered our call and check-in was flexibile and 2 hours earlier than check-in time. We will go again and will recomend to others.

Absolutely gorgeous villa with the most beautiful view in the lovely town of Perast. The room was incredibly beautiful and had everything we needed. Ana also put a bottle of wine in the fridge as a welcome gift. We were sitting in our super comfy dressing robes and sipping wine, looking at the most amazing views of Kotor bay. It was dreamy!!! 10/10, would stay agai.

The property has city and inner courtyard views, and is 300 metres from Kotor Clock Tower. The property is 600 metres from Kotor Beach, and within 200 metres of the city centre. I booked a room here last minute - it was the best choice for the old town I loved the central location down a quiet alley of the old town and within easy walking distance of many cafes and restaurants Staff were extremely helpful and check in process was very easy. The host provided me with excellent tips and was very easy to communicate with. The room itself was clean with decent wifi/netflix and good air-conditioning (much needed in the heat)
