Chikondi, who runs the Quest, is very dedicated and super friendly. The breakfast is huge and so are the rooms. Perfect location between downtown and the airport, there are some nice places to eat in the area. Everything was very clean. Nice would be a cozy seating area in the garden.

The staff on site were super helpful. We are so grateful to ASamson who always had a smile and always offered a helping hand even when we didn't need it 😊. My family were well looked after and it felt like I was at home. I was also super impressed with the respo se of the home manager who attended to all our concerns and offered solutions when in a sticky situation. Kudos to the whole team for being customer focused, listening and making changes as needed. Will definitely book again, my whole family loved the space and overall atmosphere. Brilliant location just outside of Lilongwe (easy to get a cheap taxi into town/wherever) Rudolph and his team are awesome - go above and beyond during your stay. Would definitely recommend.
