Simply amazing, we loved everything: the breakfast is excellent, freshly prepared in front of you daily. The staff is very nice and responsive, super helpful in the preparation of our trip. Rooms and the whole hotel are well designed and stylish. The property gets you a super nice handbook with cool tips to explore the city. Bath products are lovely and locally produced.The area (as well as Merida) are 100% safe. Totally recommend

The breakfast was delicious and the property and facilities well maintained. Whenever I get back to Valladolid I'll be sure tp check it out!

As well as, the rose and hibiscus petals in the tub and two complimentary juices. The room was beautifully decorated and the hammock in our bedroom was a nice relaxing touch! Just a few steps from our patio door was the exceptional Garden! We absolutely loved our stay!

Our stay at casa mia was great - good value for money, super friendly and caring staff and good location! A bit further down in el cuyo but close to the beach (1min walk) and with a lot of options close by (Restaurants, Outdoor activities such as kiteboarding etc). We would totally recommend!

The Hotel: A beautiful property with stunning original architecture and decorative details—truly candy for the eyes! The magnificent traveler’s palm trees in the courtyard were absolutely striking. Room: Very comfortable overall. Good a king-size bed, a spacious bathroom with enough amenities. Quietness: Despite being on a busy street, the inside of the hotel felt completely insulated from the noise of traffic. Room is very quite ( without the AC on) Location: Quite good. While the street itself isn’t particularly interesting, the hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the city center. The walk is safe, even at night. Parking: A paid private parking lot was available at another property right next door , and the cost was quite reasonable.

Hotel and room is spotlessly clean with new furnishings. Room has a Lavazza coffee machine and pods, they also include a little pastry. I thought that was a nice touch. Room was quiet, and has a very comfortable bed, The bathroom has a huge bathtub and rain shower head. They also include organic shampoo, conditioner, body products from a local Yucatan company. In the morning there was a buffet breakfast with fruits, juice, cereal, bacon, eggs, hot cakes etc. I would highly recommend this hotel to others. Beautiful. 10 stars.
