Nice rooms, kitchen, and facilities. Managed to get two rooms close by so that we all could stay together. The pool facility was nice, well-maintained, and warm. There is a play area and a fitness center. There was a small shaded area for grilling, which was also a nice addition. Overall recommend the stay for my friends.

We loved breakfast, it was fantastic! Also we loved that the staff was truly helpful and wonderful with all tips for mountain hikes and must see places.

The view from the house, how quiet and peaceful it was, the outdoor terrace and garden, the comfy beds, and how welcome we were by the owners (Anne and her family who had left gifts for us on our arrival and recommended activities for us). The house has been renovated with new kitchen and bathroom and has lots of charm and historic details.

The hotel is located in a historic building and has been operating since 1845. Amazing views, idyllic atmosphere. Comfortable rooms. A great place to stop along the way. Professional and very friendly staff. Dinner and breakfast are not varied, but very high quality and tasty.

We enjoyed our stay because we stayed in the deluxe room with balcony. The location of this place is great and quiet. The bed is extremely soft (which worked for us). Nespresso machine was a plus.
Tips:
If you want to enjoy your stay, go for deluxe room with balcony and view of the fjords
If you're going to do the touristy stuff at Flam, make sure you take the scenic drive one way (take the tunnel on your way back). Allow at least half a day for the drive though and stop by the waterfalls.
Great pizza place in the center.
