My request for an early check-in was graciously accommodated, and the owner personally welcomed us, taking the time to introduce all the available facilities. On arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find the fridge stocked with plenty of drinking water — a thoughtful touch in the hot summer. The kitchen was fully equipped with all kinds of utensils, dining plates, pans, and even a variety of teas. The location was exceptional — just a few steps from the beach and right in front of the Kempinski Hotel. The underground parking was a true blessing in Oman’s heat, offering both security and convenience, along with easy access to the swimming pool. Overall, it was a wonderfully comfortable and memorable stay.

The property is 10 km from Ras Al Hamra Recreation Club. We really enjoyed staying in the hotel. Hotel workers are really friendly and helpful guys. Also we highly appreciate soundproof of the room. We had couple of people in the room next to us, but never heard them. Also we liked level of cleaning: pool was always clean, with fresh towels, ground floor also crowded, but clean. And what’s really important, that hotel has no mold in that humidity level. The most I want to thank to worker Anmol Kadam. He is the greatest member of the crew. Always kind, polite, respectful, responsible and easygoing guy.
