From the moment we arrived, Brad, the owner, made us feel welcome and taken care of. He is such a great host – super friendly, helpful, and always around if you need anything. The resort itself is a little paradise - feels like a hidden gem. The pool is fantastic for cooling off and relaxing, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the whole property is surrounded by beautiful nature, which makes it easy to completely unwind. Breakfast was always delicious, especially the fresh fruits that were served every morning. We also went on the whale watching tour, which was a great experience and definitely one of the highlights of our trip. All in all, we had an unforgettable time at this place. The hotel only allows pets in El Palace (Three-Bedroom House) and Villas (Deluxe apartments). The apartment was very clean and comfortable The pool was well maintained and refreshing. A very short walk to the beach where we were the only ones visiting. The staff are great, very friendly and helpful. Hotel Isla Verde provides certain units that feature a balcony, and all rooms are equipped with a coffee machine. The units will provide guests with a fridge. Directly next to the river, which was very peaceful. Close to town but far enough to not hear the noise. Great rooms with kitchen, comfy bed, and hammock on balcony. Very friendly staff.

The value for the dinners was excellent. I ordered something different every night and each meal was excellent. There was a problem with the elevator going to the main lobby and the staff made sure that I was able to reach the main lobby with no issues. The staff only found solutions to problems.
