Die Unterkunft La Coralina Island House, die in Bocas del Toro, 20 m von Strand Playa Bluff entfernt gelegen ist, verfügt über Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit einem Außenpool, einem kostenlosen... Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit im Hotel! Wir waren für vier Tage auf Isla Colon und hatten leider etwas Pech mit dem Wetter, da es regnete. Das war aber nicht schlimm, denn dafür waren wir aber die meiste Zeit im Spa-Bereich im Pool mit Blick auf den Regenwald. Es hat sich angefühlt, als wäre man in einer anderen Welt…die Vögel sowie Frösche und auch Affen haben wir gehört. Wir haben eine Paar-Massage im Regenwald gebucht und es war Traumhaft! Am Ende haben wir einen Baum im Dschungel gepflanzt, es hatte was sehr spirituelles. Es war sehr entspannt und das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Restaurant war auch sehr gut und alles sehr ansprechend angerichtet.

Die in Bocas del Toro gelegene Unterkunft Santuarios del Mar ist 20 m von Strand Istmito und 900 m von Strand Y Griega entfernt. We stayed in the studio with a private balcony (Estrella del Mar). Loved sitting on the terrace with a cold beer overlooking the Caribbean sea and watching the sunset 😎. You can hire paddle boards/ canoes & take them straight into the water from the pier. Bikes also available to hire. Rebecca was a great host & always available to help with any questions. The owner, Sterling, was a top bloke who kindly dropped us back at the airport! It’s about a 20 min walk to town or you can jump in a taxi for $1 each. (During the day walk along the beach to cut the corner off & avoid the traffic on the main road)

The rustic and ecological Tesoro Escondido Ecolodge Cabinas offers accommodation in Bluff Beach. Located in a secluded area of Colon. Bocas Town is 5 km from the property. Free Wi-Fi is available. Die Aussicht, Lage, Ruhe, abseits vom Trubel in Bocas, die Brandung. Keine Moskitos, keine Fliegen. Freundliches, internationales Personal, sehr bemüht.

Property is located in smaller island (Isla Carenero) across the main island of Isla Colon ,five-minute boat ride from main port. Nice dock and seating areas, small convenience store for basics, good amount of tropical trees around buildings providing shade from sun. The units were top-notch, fully equipped (kitchen, AC, smart TV) with a lot of space including living room area and patio area. Property manager on site to handle any questions, issues, and help with tour planning.

Die Unterkunft Casa Lumière besticht durch Gartenblick und Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit einem Balkon und einem Wasserkocher, ungefähr 1,4 km von Strand Istmito entfernt. Die Vermieterin war extrem nett hat bei allen Anliegen geholfen. Die Unterkumft sah super schön aus und hatte den vibe eine Strandhauses.

Dining at La Loma is more than a meal — it’s an experience and you’ve even got the best view of the bay ever from the restaurant. But what truly makes La Loma exceptional is the people. The hosts and staff are welcoming, passionate, and incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife and chocolate farm. Their care for sustainability and respect for the environment shines through in everything they do. From hiking through the cacao farm and learning about chocolate-making to trying different local fruits and spotting sloths right from the restaurant, every moment was unforgettable. If you’re looking for a place that’s more than just a stay — a place that connects you with nature and leaves you feeling inspired — La Loma Lodge is it. Without a doubt, one of the most remarkable travel experiences we’ve ever had. Make sure you stay a bit longer than we did, one night was definitely not enough.

CocoVivo ist ein magischer Öko-Retreat an der Südspitze der Isla Cristobal. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Cocovivo. Die Lage und die Natur sind einmalig. Melisa und Luciano sind sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Es war grossartig!
