Excellent place to stay in Porto Moniz. Location is super convenient, close to the natural pools and with enough parking spaces (either underground at the hotel, or the parking next door). Super helpful and friendly staff, willing to give recommendations for your days in Madeira. Breakfast, even though in a different building close by, was also delicious with multiple savory and sweet options. The room was spacious, with enough equipment to make your own food in the studio if you want. The bed and the pillows we also comfortable and the small terrace of the room gives enough space to relax after your excursions.

Everything felt brand new, meticulously clean, and beautifully designed, and having a kitchen and all the necessary appliances was a huge plus! It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, everything was within easy reach. In addition, the hotel staff went above and beyond to suggest hidden gems and must-see spots around the island, tailoring the advice to my interests. I can't recommend this place highly enough! If you're looking for exceptional service, beautiful accommodations that feel like a comfortable apartment, a prime location, look no further. You won't be disappointed!

Das 4-Sterne-Hotel Aqua Natura Madeira bietet elegante Zimmer mit Blick auf den Atlantik im Fischerdorf Porto Moniz, 45 km nördlich vom Stadtzentrum von Funchal. Location of the hotel is fantastic. The room was nice with spectacular sea view. Hotel personnel were very friendly. Both restaurants (rooftop and sea view) were of high quality. Especially japanese type rooftop restaurant very good. Easy access from the hotel to the pools.

Pedro was kind, welcoming and endlessly helpful, responding very quickly to messages. He even wished me a happy birthday and arranged for a free upgrade to the best room with a sea view free of charge. When I got to the new room, there was a bottle of wine, chocolates, biscuits and a personalised birthday card waiting for me. Couldn't quite believe the attention to detail and kindness offered to me! What a lovely place to stay. Highly recommend.

Good location for exploring north side of the island. Very clean, comfortable beds and you will find everything you need for your stay. We were even greeted with a nice bottle of wine, pleasant surprise.

Super, super clean, well appointed accommodation with ocean views, wild style garden and all the amenities necessary for a comfortable, relaxing family stay. Great host who was easy to communicate with. The only drawback for a person who is mold sensitive like myself was the humidity smell in the downstairs bedroom. Something that seems to be pretty ubiquitous on an island with so much water everywhere.
