It's hard to find a better host than Manuela. A delayed flight meant I arrived after midnight but she waited up and was only goodhearted about it. I came to hike along the coast and she gave lots of advice on where (walking to and around Monserrat was a great suggestion) plus places to eat. Breakfast was filling, the room spotless, the bed perfectly comfortable, the wifi strong. Easy walk into the centre of beautiful Azenhas.

Carlos is a superhost, he waited for us till almost midnight to give us the keys and help us with the parking of our rented car. The communication was always easy and fast both before, during and after our arrival in Sintra. The apartment is very nice and tastefully furnished and it's situated in the historic center of Sinrta. Strongly recommended

It is a very spacious apartment, quite obviously very well kept by the host. The host is super nice and attentive. the location is good with restaurants and shops quite nearby. They also sort waste so they are responsible with the environment!

Penha Longa is an elegant palazzo-style estate situated among the rolling hills of the Sintra Cascais Nature Reserve. Uiterst vriendelijk personeel, je wordt helemaal in de watten gelegd. Super lekker eten in alle restaurants. Zelfs de roomservice is erg uitgebreid en goed geregeld.

Tinyhouse Hexagonal in Organic Farm bevindt zich in Sintra en biedt accommodatie met gratis privéparkeren. Er is een volledig uitgeruste eigen badkamer met douche en gratis toiletartikelen. The place is really cute, a cosy round cabin with a sleeping deck. The organic farm and local shop are really cool. Easy access to local beaches and attractions. Great welcome and lovely people.

Casa Seahorses b Cottage ligt in Sintra, op slechts 13 km van Paleis van Sintra, en biedt accommodatie met gratis WiFi, gratis privéparkeren en uitzicht op de tuin. The host was more than helping us out in having the best stay ever!

Villa Tamar - Azenhas do Mar is gelegen in Azenhas do Mar, op 7 minuten lopen van Maçãs-strand en 13 km van Paleis van Sintra, en biedt accommodatie met gratis WiFi, airconditioning, een buitenzwembad... Villa Tamar was the perfect finale to our 6 week Europe holiday and without doubt our favourite stay. It feels like you are stepping into a much loved family beachfront retreat with beautiful interior, art, books and a super comfortable bed. We had such a warm welcome on arrival from Marina with a familiarization of the property along with tips for local restaurants, shops - all detailed in an info booklet. With Sintra only a short drive away it makes an ideal base for both coastal and inland exploring. When we come back to Portugal it’ll be the first place we book.

Sintra lousa is gelegen in het centrum van Sintra, op nog geen 1,9 km van Castelo dos Mouros en 3,1 km van Palácio da Pena en biedt gratis WiFi. Cozy place on the ground floor of a small building, not far from the old town and close to the train station. Mrs. Arminda who welcomed us was very kind and helpful. The room was nicely furnished with a large and functional bathroom. Free parking right in front of the house. We also had a kettle for tea, a Nespresso machine and a small minibar.
