Staff is just terrific and run the extra mile to accommodate to your schedules and needs. We were attended by Sandra and she made us feel very well taken care and at home.

We spent an unforgettable week on São Miguel Island, and it became truly special thanks to Antonio and Lino. You can feel their kindness the very moment you step through the door. They are among the most kind and hospitable people we’ve ever met, and on top of that, they provided an outstanding level of service. The room was beautiful, with a magical blue color and every little detail of the interior thoughtfully and lovingly designed — like the table made from an old Singer sewing machine. The bed was extremely comfortable — so much that we didn’t even want to get up in the mornings! Everything was perfectly clean, and the room was tidied up frequently. The house is located right in the center of Ponta Delgada, yet the price is more than reasonable. Every morning we were treated to a new, delicious breakfast, never the same as the day before. Antonio and Lino also gave us wonderful tips on what to see on the island, explaining everything in detail. In the evenings, when we came back, we would sit together in the living room and chat like old friends. They also have an amazing, intelligent dog and two lovely cats — spending time with them brought us so much joy. We left with tears in our eyes! We will definitely come back to Antonio and Lino again. ❤️

Nice room, great breakfast, access to a good kitchen for cooking your own meals, and off-street parking. There were beautiful views over the gardens and across the valley to the rim of mountains. Only a 5-minute drive to downtown Povacao where there are restaurants, harbor and beach, and a good supermarket, and a short drive to Furnas and other destinations on the east end of the island.
