We loved all the touches from the slippers, to the personalised cards, the crackling fires in the rooms and the food was a real show stopper! Every meal was delicious and exciting! The team are so friendly ( big shout out to Khai!) and are hands on and couldn’t do enough to make us feel at home!

They went above and beyond for us. It was truly an incredible experience staying at Urugano Virunga Palace. Everything was fantastic, and we could not have asked for more.

We could not have been made to feel more welcome by all the staff. The accommodation was really comfortable and we really appreciated all the little touches like the hot water bottles and fire being lit in our room at night, to keep us cosy. The staff could not have done more to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Would definitely recommend and come back here again.
