Ma meilleure expérience en Thaïlande pour le moment. Je recommande fortement, surtout pour les amateurs de chat !

Offrant une vue sur la montagne, l’établissement Paa & Michaels Resort se trouve à Ban San Sai Ngam. The facility is located away from the city center, but there are affordable motorbike rental services available. It is in a lovely village, far from the chaos and noise of the city. Tanitta and her family are wonderful people—they helped us with many things. We initially planned to stay for two weeks but ended up staying for a month. The pool is sufficient, and the garden and lake views are absolutely delightful. It's a place where you can truly feel at home.

The hosts were lovely and cooked us some great food. Beds were very comfortable and the area was very peaceful but within easy reaching distance of the town. The gifts as we left were a lovely gesture too...as were the hugs! 😃

Reasonably stocked fridge, better than an average hotel. Of course you need to share the cost to replenish it. Fully furnished property, fully equipped kitchen even with a washer and a dryer. A pouch of liquid detergent was there ready for us. I didn't check if it had a dish washer as we didn't need one. Full set of cutlery and table ware but we only found out in the last minutes as we didn't have enough time to check all the amenities. A perfect residential area as we preferred. If you drive it is a perfect 4 bedroom homestay for the price. Basically, it is a second home and has everything you need for your stay. Now, I am sitting in a hotel room of another town and regretting not staying in a homestay as there is no ice or ice tray in the hotel's measly fridge. 😕

An unforgettable stay — relaxing, authentic, and full of heart If you’re traveling around Thailand because, like us, you love authentic experiences, creating memories, and sometimes just slowing down to enjoy the moment — this place is for you. It’s the perfect spot to recharge in nature. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and having a bubble bath while watching the sunset over the clouds honestly felt unreal. But what really makes this place special are the hosts, Fang and Lilly. They’re some of the warmest and most welcoming people we’ve ever met. You can tell right away that this isn’t just another hotel — they genuinely care about creating a special experience for their guests. We had booked for two nights but ended up changing all our plans just to stay an extra night — that’s how much we loved it! Some details worth mentioning: Beautiful bungalows with modern amenities (only three total, so it feels very private) Super comfortable bed Everything was spotless Stunning views — especially the sunset from the bathtub! Delicious local food (most is included with your room). And the resturant itself is really authentic and amazing. They grow their own coffee and even showed us the differmet processes — we got to try different types during a little tasting session that felt almost ceremonial, surrounded by green mountains and clouds They offer transportation to and from Chiang Rai, which we definitely recommend — it was the easiest and most relaxing way to get there, with a few fun stops along the way. If you want to explore more, they can also organize day trips and show you local highlights. Just message them — they’ll sort everything out for you. We left feeling completely recharged and grateful. It was one of the best parts of our trip — peaceful, personal, and unforgettable.

Situé à Ban Pa Thon et offrant une vue sur la montagne, l’établissement Rai Phuchat propose une piscine extérieure, un jardin, une terrasse et un bar. This part of Chiang Rai doesn't get many tourists, but that doesn't mean it's not worth visiting, and this homestay is a great base. Loved the beautiful gardens and pool area. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Most of all, what really stood out for me was the attentiveness of the staff. During my stay, the restaurant was not open, which could have been a real problem. But receptionist Bom drove me out to a good local eatery to make sure I didn't go hungry. I also very much enjoyed the company of permanent resident Mark. Always good-humoured and helpful, Mark was generous with sharing tips and directions and background on local customs. I definitely hope to repeat the experience.
