Good location but to be honest Koh lanta is so quiet anyway so you do boat trips out of it. Beach is within walking distance. Great value for money. Working little kitchenette. Off the beaten path not on main road and behind a tattoo salon. Not the best views from window but it’s good for what you pay for. Locking the main door proved a little tricky at times.

For all our French out there, it's also 5 min walking from the Koh Lanta totem from the TV show. The room was big and clean. We had a little balcony which was convenient to dry beach cloth after swimming. But what we liked most was the owner, a very sweet lady so helpful and joyful. She showed us a hidden spot to enjoy the sunset and help us book an amazing snorkeling tour to Koh Rok. Highly recommend to stay there!
