My stay at Hotel Tulum was absolutely wonderful. The place is beautiful, with carefully designed spaces and a stunning pool that’s perfect for relaxing. It’s a very peaceful hotel, ideal for resting and disconnecting. But without a doubt, the best part is the kindness of the staff and the hotel director. They make you feel at home from the very first moment—always attentive, polite, and genuinely friendly. Truly exceptional service that makes all the difference. I would come back without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Everything!!!! This felt like a White Lotus hotel experience…. The staff, the place, the food, the attractions… just amazing!! Special mention to Pan, Zin and manager Ning (I think) who went out of their way to accommodate our family. We felt at home.

This place is perfection. We stayed for a week, but could have stayed for much longer. ;-) This is the best hotel we stayed in during our Thailand holiday. What we liked the most: - The breakfast is out of this world. The a la carte options are amazing (avocado toast, iced lattes, poached eggs, smoothies and so on) and there is a buffet as well. They have an on-site coffee bakery shop with the best cappuccinos and home made pastries (croissants!) - Our room was very big and the bed was super comfy. The bathroom is 10/10 and we loved the shower. - The resort is very new, very beautiful and very clean. The typical 'Kimpton smell' is everywhere and we loved it. - The gym and the yoga classes are great and the Spa is beautiful! - Because the food was so good, we ate most nights in the hotel. Don't skip the fish restaurant or the cocktail bar! Service was also great. Summarizing, can't wait to stay here again!

Such a gorgeous room! I'm a huge fan of the interior design choices, which was a combination of concrete floor and walls, and wooden details and decorative dream catchers. The receptionist (owner?) Is truly great, and will help you out with bookings and logistics. Her English is also amazing, which makes everything so much easier 😊 I was only here one night while in transit to Koh Phangan, but I would stay here again! It's not on the main walking street in Fisherman's village, but one street further from the beach, which makes it more quiet than some options.

Location was great, so peaceful, felt like we were away from the hustle bustle but everything we needed was five mins walk away. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Loved this place! Also had the comfiest bed we’ve slept on since coming to Thailand!!

Pink house is a cute little gem ran by a sweet French couple. They made us delicious breakfast every morning. The rooms are clean and spacious, they have everything you need for a short getaway and the location is really quiet. It’s located a short walk (~10 min) from 7/11 and the beach. We loved staying here, felt at home really. Even learned a french word or two.
