Situé à Ouled Kacem, l’hébergement Luxury beach apartment in Kerkennah propose une piscine extérieure ouverte en saison. L apparemment est jolie . Belle vue par la fenêtre du salon. Extérieur très sympa aussi. Assez proche de la vile principale en voiture moins de 10mn. Kherkena est une petite île de pêcheur tranquille. Les habitants de Kherkena, sont vraiment gentils. On se sens bien et en sécurité totale. La cuisines exelentes Et surtout l hôtesse est parfaite. Elle était vraiment a l écoute de très bon conseilles ,une grande gentillesse et communications faciles Merci Donia ☺

If you want a complete lack of distraction and a truly peaceful time this is the perfect place. The house is set in its own land with a perfect view of the sea and because of the lack of light pollution is brilliant for stargazing. The house itself is lovely and very comfortable and spacious. My host was very informative and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Shukran.

We had a perfect stay in this beautiful, brand-new apartment with high-quality modern decor, located in the heart of Sfax, in an area with many breakfast cafes. It has two excellent bedrooms with two bathrooms, a modern and well-equipped kitchen. It also has very convenient parking. And the owner responded very quickly to a minor issue with the heater, quickly resolving the problem. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable.

The apartment was huge, clean and well-equipped, a 5-minute ride from the medina. Very good value for money. Communication with the host was smooth and easy from the very beginning. Mehdi and his family are incredibly generous and welcoming and were the real highlight of our short stay in Sfax. Mehdi was always available and checking if we needed anything, he even took the time to take us to the medina, show us around and have coffee together. Before leaving they gifted us a bag of olives just picked from their own tree! We felt very lucky to be their guests and just wish we could have stayed longer.

Offrant une vue sur la mer, l’établissement Casa Mia se situe à Ouled Kacem. Il propose un restaurant, un salon commun, un snack-bar, un jardin et une terrasse. A lovely hidden gem in Kerkennah. Isam and the other lovely staff who managed our stay were friendly and attentive, and able to make us laugh despite the language (English) barrier. We were the only two staying and they were ultra accommodating including designing a dinner menu for both a vegan and a seafood lover. The rooms are hidden amongst a perfectly manicured garden, with flowers extending beyond the garden with gorgeous bouquets throughout the property. Breakfast on the Jetty was a particular favourite memory of ours. Thank you to everyone at Casa Mia!

Très bon accueil, famille au petit soin, même qu'ils sont venus nous chercher au port pour nous emmener à la villa, nous étions 7, ça peut héberger jusqu'à 12 personnes facilement, a refaire.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement à Sfax. La maison est très propre, bien entretenue et offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. L'accueil était chaleureux dès mon arrivée, ce qui m'a tout de suite mis à l'aise. Le propriétaire est une personne très polie, gentille et respectueuse. J'ai particulièrement apprécié sa flexibilité côté horaires, ce qui a grandement facilité mon séjour. Je recommande vivement ce logement à toute personne recherchant un endroit calme, propre et accueillant à Sfax. Un grand merci au propriétaire pour son professionnalisme et sa bienveillance !
