Location was good, it’s inside the park, close to visitor center. Room size was okay. Mattress was comfy, on the firm side.

Good location, kind staff, good beds.

Room design and decor throughout the lodge were both top-notch. The bathroom deserves a nod of its own — wonderful setup. Hostess was incredibly welcoming and communicated very well over Line. I had a pleasant time meeting the other guests at breakfast. Service was fantastic and I will be thinking about the cypress walls and furniture for a long time to come.

Great location inside the alishan recreation park

The room and hotel appeared to have been updated recently and was clean and modern. The beds were comfortable. The linens and towels were of good quality. The location was good and it was a short walk to the main part of the park and the walking trails. It was also easy access if you were arriving by train. The park was really nice and we wished that we had stayed 2 nights instead of one.

The location was great! The beds were great and had heated beds. For foreigners, you should know that the host doesn't speak English. Luckily, I knew enough Mandarin to get through.

The location was amazing, great to be right up in Alishan for when we took the morning training and it was right next to food and shops. Plus, the staff were super friendly and the place was clean. I recommend the firefly tour at night!
