I lived in France for 13 years which is renowned for food and this was comparable. - The staff are very friendly and helpful. We also had the very rare opportunity to share the week with the NGO founders who were visiting from Spain to conduct ongoing business. They are beautiful, humble people who have sacrificed so much for others in needs. They immediately earned our respect. - There are many interesting activities to do around the lodge, all run by locals, in partnership with the lodge (e.g., bird watching on a boat on the lake, vanilla production tour, coffee production tour, visit to the local market, meeting the children in the school, etc.)

It’s also next to a hospital. The only thing to improve, I would say it was the pressure of the water in the shower but apart from that everything was great.

The rooms were beautifully decorated in a luxurious African style, very clean, and extremely comfortable. We loved spending our afternoons by the pool and ending the day relaxing near the fireplace. The food was excellent, always fresh and full of flavor. You could tell that a lot of care went into preparing each meal. The staff were warm, helpful, and consistently attentive. They were always available when needed and made everything feel easy and well-organized without being intrusive. I would happily come back and highly recommend Nyanja View to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway.

Lake mwamba lodge ligt in Kasenda met uitzicht op de bergen en heeft een restaurant, roomservice, bar, tuin en terras. De lodge beschikt over zowel gratis WiFi als privéparkeren. Such an amazing place. The lodge is in a beautiful location and the community of Kasenda was one of the highlights of our trip. Silas booked us for a quick tour of the waterfalls and a vanilla farm which are worth seeing. Will definitely come back.

The staff was accommodating and delightful to deal with. I am looking forward to my next stay.
