The location was excellent, close to tons of restaurant, stores and activities. The room was large and very comfortable, and the staff always very friendly. The pool was very nice and relaxing. The beach right in front of the hotel was practically nonexistent, but walking about a minute to the right you can get to a wonderful beach. The convenience store inside the hotel was also very useful.

A beautiful property including our room, with excellent service! We were well taken care of on our honeymoon. Also, we forgot a very sentimental and valuable item and when we got in touch the Ritz Management quickly searched the room and got back to us on how to get the item to us as quickly and safely as possible! Spacious, clean, has everything you need and more like Snorkel gear, beachtowels and chairs. It also has full kitchen. It is located in a small Village. Perfect if you want to explore waipio valley or the north east part of the island. The owners are realy friendly.
