Contemporary decor with hi-tech electrics coupled with the incomparable views from balconies and picture windows make for a stay in an enormous apartment fit for a magazine feature. Two double bedrooms, two bathrooms huge lounge/diner let out to terrace with sun deck and hot tub with high views over Plettenburg Bay lagoon and ocean. A vast communal day room with kitchen from which personal breakfasts are served freshly to order sits at penthouse level which caps this remarkable set of suites. Must be among the very best anywhere. Service from owner and all staff impeccable. Difficult to recommended the Lagoon Suites highly enough.

The views overlooking the ocean are breathtaking, words and pictures can’t convey the magnificence. The rooms are beautiful, and comfortable, from the bed linen to the natural botanical products. Every detail has been thought through. The breakfast spread, goes above and beyond…. everything of the finest quality, presented so beautifully. Every morning aside from the staples, there were different breads, pastries, cheeses, and meats, including delicious smoked springbok carpaccio ! Every activity S&R recommended was fabulous, we just wished we had booked a couple more nights, but already planing the next visit. Their gentle well behaved dogs were an added bonus, as we are dog lovers

The closeness to nature was incredible. Very cool tent. Everything we needed was there. Fantastic bed! And very kind hosts.

What an incredible gem! This was the best experience and stay of my life. The views are spectacular. I found peace and tranquility here. They call it a summer villa but it should be the luxury villa. The kitchen is fully equipped. A dishwasher for big families, washing machine and everything you need for your stay. The bath tub is amazing and the linen and mattresses top notch! The lighting is warm and romantic. If you want to relax and have a chilled movie night, there’s a massive smart TV. For those chilly nights you can light a fire in the lounge’s fireplace. In the evenings I enjoyed making a bonfire outside and completely taking in the sounds of the night.
