Thabo, the owner was always very friendly and made sure we had a wonderful stay in his beautiful apartment. The apartment is basically next to the Brooklyn Mall, so we had all the restaurants and shops really close by. We felt very safe (there are security guards 24/7). With 100% I can recommend this lovely apartment!

I loved the hospitality from the get go. we were welcomed warmly due to my number having issues with the gate and immediately felt safe and reassured. it was a lovely gesture to have a banana cake waiting for us upon arrival and the whole place felt very homely. The coffee and tea stand were a great addition.

Lovely place to stay, the hosts were so hospitable to us after we arrived late in the day on a cold evening, truly made us feel at home. The suite was super clean and comfortable, and the house itself is very impressive, worth visiting just to see that! Breakfast was delicious as well.

From the time we arrived the Security was very helpful and lead us to the owner who is a delightful individual that gives the utmost care to her guests. Her welcome instructions, directions and presentation were of the highest order. She was very accommodating and was always on hand to assist with any query beyond that of our stay. She kept in touch to ensure we remained at ease and were warm during the loadshedding periods. The unit itself was very neat, modern and comfortable, it has everything you'd want being away from the luxury of your own home. I highly recommend One & Only and will be sure to use them again.
