The touristic places are just few minutes away, like coffe bar's , very good restaurants. But the neighborhood places are used by local people. Perfect to dive in into normal life of Hermanus. We have done some trips by car and by boot to see the Overberg region, beautiful. Could go to dinner by foot in the evening. We also cooked local fish in the apartment. The owner family are living next door and gave good advise what to do. Very friendly people.

The location of the property was also brilliant, with a brief 5-10 minute gentle walk to the shops/restaurants and other amenities.

Spotlessly clean, spacious, and well appointed. It's unusual to say, but the house is even better than the pictures online. We arrived on a very cold day, and the hosts provided extra blankets, heaters for the bedroom, and wood to make a fire. We had a wonderful stay.

The setting is so peaceful, and having our morning coffee while looking out at the mountains was a real highlight. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the place was spotless. Always an enjoyable experience staying here. We’ll definitely be back!
