We were well informed about how the self check in works. The appartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had everything we needed and the view from the appartment was amazing. There were plenty of buses from just outside the appartment to take us to the city centre and the cable cars to take you up the mountains were just minutes away. The zoo was also just a five minute bus journey. We had a fantastic holiday

Room was exceptionally large in our case (4 pers.) which made it a nice place to relax in. The additional facilities that were offered (fridge, washing machine, dryer etc.) were a wonderful touch and the cleanliness of the entire hotel rounded of the experience perfectly. We didn't need the 'dog-station' at the entrance but found it to be a wonderful touch. The downstairs lounge was a wonderful place to relax as well.

A very cozy small hotel. The location is convenient, about an 8-minute walk from the train station. The rooms are immaculately clean and tidy, with bright lighting in a style I really liked. The breakfast was excellent. We were fortunate to receive a room upgrade, which gave us access to a terrace offering fantastic views of Salzburg Castle.

After staying in hostels, this hotel felt like pure luxury! We had a huge suite with a king sized bedroom separated from the living area (double sofa bed), both with TVs. There was a good sized balcony off the living area with a close up view of the mountain and the cable car. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained throughout the hotel. Breakfast was excellent with a very good selection of hot and cold food. The staff were all helpful and polite, and spoke very good English (although they were also very patient with my attempts at German!). The bus stops right out the back of the hotel, which takes you directly to the city and train station, as well as the zoo, Schloss Hellbrunn and various shops and restaurants in the intermediate towns.

The room is perfectly designed. I travel a lot for work and stay in many hotels. This Hotel was the most welcoming one. The room tempreature was adjusted to the cold winter weather outside and it was warm and welcoming. The hotel'facilities like Indoor pool, spa, etc were excellent to get relaxed and gain energy for the next day. The Breakfast was by far the best one I had in Austria.

The hotel is as perfect as it gets. The location was perfect as everything was close by including the airport (5 minutes away). The hotel itself was very clean and had amazing facilities provided. The customer service level was incredible, especially from Steffie, who had checked us in and gave a tour of the hotel. Amazing spacious apartment with beautiful mountain views, rustic decor, modern appliances, comfortable beds, car parking and easy access to the city centre by bus. Very roomy for a family of four (third bedroom sleeping an extra two is nice enough but very low ceiling and floor-level beds). Kind and responsive host. We have family nearby and would very much like to stay here again next time we visit them.

It was about 15-20 min to the Salzburg city center. Breakfast was superb We stopped on the way from skiing holiday for 1 night to visit the Christmas market in Salzburg

The house is beautiful and looks just like the photos. It was very clean and Anna had gone to great lengths to make it feel like you were at home. The location is in a quiet and peaceful town, with great views. There is a bus stop a few minutes away, so its very easy to get into Salzburg and travel to other areas too. There is also a Spar just around the corner. Anna was always on hand to help and she made us feel welcome.

The Hotel were very good… the staff is veryyy nice… Mr. Mattias and his twin brother were very good towards on our stay… the food and breakfast were amazing… even the Dinner that we order from them are very good and amazing… and above all it was a lovely place to stay… and i will definitely come back and stay longer this time…

We absolutely loved it! Everybody was really nice and they even let us check in before the official time. Very comfy beds, fresh towels each day and absolutely perfect breakfast. Thank you very much for such a lovely stay! :-)

The place looks great, very clean and very comfortable. Location exceptional. We rented a car but also took a bus to Salzburg and the station is just a few minutes away walking. There's also a supermarket you ccn walk to.Would definitely come again if I ever return to Salzburg.

Nice place to stay, close to Salzburg and Untersbergbahn (10 minutes walk). Delicious breakfast, nice and helpful owners, safe parking available. Room is cosy, comfortable with balcony, highly recommend.

We just stayed overnight, and for such purpose it's fine and of good value. Everything was functional and clean, albeit a bit simple and lacking any personality or warmth. It was a bit noisier than we expected. The high note of our stay was clearly the restaurant and the breakfast, which was outstanding. It's a good place to stay overnight, maybe for 1-2 nights.

Lovely location, perfect for an overnight stop on the way to Croatia without having to travel in and out of Salzburg. Clean, comfortable, excellent value for money.

An amazing style of accomodation with a balcony for a reasonable price. A good location with wonderful view onto the mountains between Salzburg (A) and Berchtesgaden (D). Clean and large enough rooms, well equiped kitchen with appliances in a fitted kitchen. A living room with a TV set. Parking lots free of charge in front of the house.
