Brand new hotel with a very nice design. SPA area is great and the temperature in the the pool is perfect for winter - it is usually a bit cold in the thermal pools for us, but here it was perfect. We didn’t interact with the staff much except at the checkin (there was an issue with the self check in). The lady from the hotels restaurant helped us right away and she was super nice! Unfortunately, we didn’t ask her name. We did not try hotel breakfast as the village has so many restaurants. For the skiers - there are many elevators from all sides of the hotel surrounding.

Great location! quiet place on a small hill, 5 minutes of a walking distance to the city center and lifts. Super clean and well equipped apartment, very helpful host. There is a ski/bike storage place. Enough parking space for all the guests. Great view from the window! Together with the accomodation you get Joker Card, which gives many options for spending a nice time on biking, hiking, etc.

Fuchs und Gretl is an amazing place to stay. Perfect location, close to the lifts and not in the noisy center. Rooms are very clean and interestingly decorated, beds are comfortable. View from the balcony is breathtaking. I was impressed with breakfasts! Very tasty! Perfect place to stay both during the summer and winter. It was perfect time I enjoyed it a lot.

We had a great time in the apartment, the location is amazing, the village center, spa and ski lifts are within walking distance. The house is in a very calm area, the kids enjoyed relaxing in the garden or on the terrace in front of the house. The owners are very nice and helpful. The two rooms were just perfect for our family, the kitchenette was superbly equipped with everything we needed. Free parking right in front of the house. Will love to be back again!

Great view of the mountains and valley from the balcony. Good value for money, as Saalbach is an expensive place to stay. The reception guy (Jan?) showed me in detail how to get the online Joker card app etc was was super helpful. Good bike room. Breakfast was OK, not outstanding, just OK.But. ice view from breakfast room.

The whole atmosphere was amazing, the location is really nice. The large balcony allowed to dry sports wear and the dinners were stunningly delicious! We did not miss anything and will book again if we return to the area.

Stayed for 2 weeks, everything was great, amazing staff, great food, nice pool and quality sauna/wellness facilities. You can't beat the location, all cable cars to the mountains are super close.

The sauna / steam room / relaxing areas next to the pool are great, and so clean. The breakfast is amazing - lots of options and healthy. And the bbq (think x1 per week was incredible). Excellent location. All staff v. friendly.

It was absolutely perfect, the audio system on the deck is really good and the location is just insane. Waking up and having a coffee with these views is something that you will really miss after leaving. Beer cooler outside is also worth mentioning. The host is helpful and nice. Everything is ready in the cottage, even a small dishwasher. You wont regret coming here, absolute blast for the money.

Location is excellent. Walking distance to the lifts and city center. Clean and nice property. There is a small pantry where simple dishes can be prepared. It is not a full kitchen and there was no oven, only a microwave oven.
