Exceptional lovely relaxing location top facilities and comfy bed every little detail included chocolates, chips coffee machine and every cooking accessory you could ever need. Hosts were very friendly and the area is very quiet would definitely recommend and stay again. Great work guys it's lovely.

We loved being in the peaceful location of berridale. The properly looks out to rolling hills and paddocks. The hosts were excellent and Nic has clearly put a lot of thought into how they could make the place as comfortable as possible. From the house we walked through the town and visited Shut the Gate for a wine tasting and enjoyed the short walk back home. The kitchen was well stocked and our hosts even provided beautiful nibbles and sourdough for us on our arrival. It was the best little break from the city, highly recommend.

Comfortable beds, tea and coffee and microwave, warm room. 40 minutes from ski fields. Easy walk to town. Quiet location

The location was beautiful, we found the property so easily even when we arrived late that night. Ken also had the fireplace going for us. In the morning we were greeted by the Ken and he gave us some directions to where to visit. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and cosy. Thank you for a great time. :)

Nicole and Ken are great hosts, they made sure the rooms were warm, by having a fire going when I came back at night. Great location, guilt and easy to find.

The room was quite spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. The heating system worked very well, hot water was always availableissues, rooms were clean n neat, the location was good as it was closer to gas station, near to highway, near to small restaurant on the highway for a quick english breakfast, It had private parking and it was safe. Cooma was only 20 min drive for a dinner at Indian restaurant, coles, ski rentals etc. Overall, it was a good experience.
