I loved Jephson! I stayed here for 5 days and would happily have stayed more. The staff were absolutely lovely, so friendly and helpful. Toowong is actually a great option, about 15-20 minutes on the bus or train to the centre or about half an hour on the ferry. Toowong village shopping centre is 5 minutes walk and has loads of infrastructure, there's a street full of good Asian restaurants and coffee shops between the station/bus stop and the hotel and KatsuCo next to the hotel is excellent. It's worth taking the public transport to take advantage of the significantly better price.

Best breakfast to start into day! Fresh fruit, homemade bread and local sausages. Martin and Damien put a lot of effort into the details ensuring their guests feel comfortable and home. The pool is a great addition and the rooms are cosy and newly renovated. The 1960‘s Poolhouse is a home away from home. For all who are looking for a special place to stay this is where you should go!
