Location was excellent for our purpose when travelling between Melbourne and the Blue Mountains. Rooms are well appointed, quiet and comfortable. The motel is within walking distance of the town and it was good to stretch our legs after a long journey.

Location was fine. Cootamundra just isn't that big so you could almost stay anywhere in town and it would be close and easy. Reverse Cycle AC provided overnight heating.

This motel is a comfortable, clean and inexpensive place to stay in Coota. Spacious clean room and comfortable bed. easy to find just before you get into the town driving from Young.

Only stayed overnight and didn't have the breakfast but the room was great, overlooking the golf course, .bed was comfortable and the location very quiet.The manager was very accommodating so I'll definitely stay there again on my next trip to Cootamundra.

beautiful upstairs balcony and golf course views, quiet location, great air con, great modern kitchen facilities with dishwasher and full size fridge. pull out couch very comfortable. good wi-fi. Free cold water bottles provided was so helpful thank you for us travelling in hear- one each. Daily cleaning service was excellent.

I've stayed in many places, but this one is exceptional. The cleanliness is above and beyond the room is well furnished and the bed is extremely comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone as a great place to stay.

The property had no hot water system in place. i got a call from the owner at 1 pm stating that hot water wasn't working and gave me an option of canceling my reservation. I was shocked to hear that as i can't find a place to stay that quick.

Excellent location in walking distance to all our activities.
Very clean and comfortable. Air conditioner was a bonus. Everything that we needed was provided. We would definitely stay here again as it gave us the space we needed.
