Nice rooms, very quiet and cozy. Comfy beds, very good cotton linen. Warm lobby with good sofas and a fireplace. Very nice staff, the host Juan is friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is really good and starts very early, great for those who plans to catch a morning bus to Torres del Paine.

15/10 Pedro is the best host I have ever met, he speaks good english. It's not only place to sleep, they can arrange for you all trips to Torres del Paine national park. Help with sim card, buying tickets to park online or any other thing. Highly recommend, bathroom is new after winter renovations and very clean. I hope to come back one day.

The hosts are all super nice and helpful! The hostal is at a 20min-walk to the city centre, the room was nice, clean and big enough for our packs. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean and functional. The breakfast was also good with a variety of sweet and salty food. May have been the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Very cosy with everything you need. Heating adjusts to whatever temperature you need. A sink, a microwave and kitchen utensils at your disposal. Good location right next to the bus station to go to the national park.

The location was very central, within a 10 minute walk to the city centre. The facility was very clean and the rooms were cleaned every day, not a level of atention we expected for a hostel. Finally the staff were wonderful. They went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. They were able to accomodate my dietary needs for breakfast. The gentleman at the front desk was always happy and his good mood was infectious. We would highly recommend this hostel.

Definitely our favourite place to stay in Patagonia. The location was quiet and serene, but still close to all the main streets, restaurants, shops, etc. Beautiful room with a great bed and big shower (which was amazing after our big hike). The receptionist was always super helpful and had AMAZING recommendations for food and coffee spots. We really appreciated being able to check in a bit early as well when we got back from our hike. The little gift shop in the front is also very cute, with some unique locally made artwork and clothing.

We stayed here before and after our O trek. It had everything we needed - comfy beds, good showers with hot water, free luggage storage for our eight days in the park, and an excellent breakfast that started early enough for us to eat before catching the 6:45 am bus to the park. Location was perfect with a short walk to the bus station and city center. Staff was very accommodating with our early-late arrival/departure times.

Newly renovated/built houses, well equipped and nicely furnished. Door code was very convenient. I was worried about some comments on not having blackout curtains but at least the rooms had. The bathrooms and their showers were amazing. Location is excellent, very close to the city center with all the restaurants and travel agencies. Parking within closed space.

Perfect location, right at the city center. They had a welcome drink at the rooftop bar with nice city and lake views. The reception staff, Fernandez, was above and beyond. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The breakfast was great with the perfect scrambled egg.

The location is very good. It nears the bus terminal, which is important if you go to Puerto Natales for the Torre del Paine National Park. Within 5 minutes distance one can find good cafes and restaurants, 10 minutes to the downtown and the sea. The reception people are very friendly and helpful. They provide big locker for at least two backpack size with reasonable fee. Also they offer walking poles to borrow (for free)!

Súper súper friendly hosts. Juan is a legend! They always had the heating on, with loads of hot water which was really appreciated. They also do great quality, well priced equipment rental and bag storage so really the perfect place to stay before and after the W Trek. Great communal kitchen and common areas and a really nice, clean and well maintained property.

The location is closer to the bus station and downtown as well. The staff is really helpfull offering to us to leave the heavy bags at the hostal until the time of the check in. They provided us with an earlier breakfast due to the time of our bus. An amazing experience.

I did not expect this place will be that good. The building was new and woody, and fortunately, I had a view of the lake and mountain (1BR). The bed was comfortable, the room was compact, and the interior was cute. The shower is well-pressured, and they have a sink despite the room size. The location was in the center of Puerto Natales City, and the lake was just a walk away. It was surrounded by so many restaurants, laundry, and other services (yes, it's in the city center). Overall, I will definitely go back.

I love this place ❤️ All stuff were super friendly, great breakfast, clean and warm rooms and bathrooms, hot showers and a great location!! They have a place to keep your bag until you make some time before your departure! I will like to mention that this hostel as other hostels doesn’t have a kitchen design for the tourists to cook their own food or keep their food / drink in fridge. They have their own restaurant that they do dinner menu and they provide you free breakfast. Overall I will definitely recommend this place to stay!!!

Very nice and cozy hostel with very friendly staff. Rooms are small but just enough and they are very clean. We had hot water all the time. Breakfast is nice and they refill it all the time. There are both sweet (granola, cakes, fruit) and savoury options (ham, cheese, eggs). Location is 10-15 minutes walk from the city center and you have a free parking on the street.
