The apartment was a huge space with two bedrooms and a very spacious living room and kitchen. Definitely exceeded expectations and the host was very friendly and accomodating.

This is a great place to stay! I only spent approximately 13 hours in total at the hostal (during my two night stay) and truly wish I had more time to actually enjoy the place! The hostal is clean and cosy and the beds are really comfortable. There's soap and shampoo in the showers and you get a free towel and earplugs. I arrived very late the first night but the communication prior to my arrival was excellent, and I could get to my room very easily. The following day I had an early morning full day tour and didn't arrive back until midnight and the morning after I once again had to leave early, so I actually didn't see anyone from the staff. But again, the communication through text has been excellent. The room was a little bit on the small side, and people in my room didn't use the lockers (which in my opinion were a good size) for all of their stuff, which meant that I had to be careful not stepping on someone's things in the dark. :) I would definitely come back here!

Excellent location and very comfy. Hosts were excellent and kept in touch with us to make sure we were happy. Very warm and loved the visits from gatuna the hosts cat. It was also very secure and we felt safe. Beds were really comfy as well. Netflix was really lovely to have and the Internet provision was excellent.

Wonderful place! So nice, convinient and well-kept, that we had fantastic stay there. The hosts are very friendly and protective. Fresh fruits, home-baked bread and chilean wine was waiting to welcome us :) I would recommend it to everyone!

Very easy access, and clear instructions to enter the property. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Modern for the area. There was a tv with access to lots of channels, the kitchen was equipped with all we needed it including curtesy tea, sugar, dishwashing liquid, etc. The bathroom was brand new and very clean. The place had central heating making it feel homy and welcoming, perfect space to share and enjoy with the fam.

Perfect Hotel ! From the excellent architecture that captures the essence of the history of the place, to the decoration. Very confortável room, great bed and shower, heater worked very well. The location is strategic, walk distance to several places. Staff was very solicit and polite. Breakfast was delicious as well.

You still get the famous muffins. Great! Good location, you can walk to the city center and also to the Bus Sur station. Parking in front of the house. Good shower. The property is close to a major road, but there is no disturbing noise since the rooms are in a sort of backyard setting.

Well equipped, new and comfortable apartemet, excellent for couple or solo traveller. It is little bit off the downtown, but with uber it takes only 10 minutes to the city centre. For thise who need shopping mall, there is one in the vicinity, just 10 min. away of fast walking or 2 minutes by car. It is also appropriate for those who need to stay few days and work - the table in the main room is quite confy for laptop and documents (i had some work at the university, which is just 7-8 min. by taxi).

Good location: one block from Plaza de Armas, which denotes the city centre. A selection of stores and cafes in the neighbourhood. Walking distance to the waterfront, a nice place in town. Easy driving access to the highway 9, which provides access to the places of interest in the area.

The location is an easy walk to the city center. Close to many restaurants/cafes and a very easy walk to the waterfront. The staff, especially Fernando (bartender in hotel lounge) was amazing. As a single traveler, I ate most of my meals in the bar - very good options.

-spacious and comfortable apartment -flexible checkout as we got in very late from Torres del Paine -amazing host!!! Oscar helped us so much with all our troubles, he even helped us pick up our laundry and call the police -great location, walking distance to downtown and restaurants

Excellent location, easy walk to centre or sea front. Restaurants and supermarket nearby. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast provided in the fridge - bread, cheese, ham,eggs, juice, milk, fruit yoghurt. Some tea and coffee and milk also provided. It was a very good place to stay and good value.

Location was very good, right in the city center and a few minutes walk from a lot of restaurants, attractions and stores and few minutos by car from airport. Cleanliness is superb, a 10/10. You can arrive at any time (24h reception). Staff is very helpful and they do reply messages fast. Breakfast is average and it does not changes, everyday it is the same and has no fruits and or variety of ingredients. Bedroom was a good size, bed is ok. Bathroom is small but functional.
