We loved our stay here. The place isn't fancy but its quite charming and fantastic value. The owners don't speak English but are very friendly. The pictures are accurate, the bed is comfortable, and the location is excellent in Ciudad Colonial just around the corner from the main pedestrian street. We also appreciated the shared kitchen and balcony to make meals there. Highly recommended.

Nice, clean and comfortable apartment with all necessary amenities, with great location and access to an enormous rooftop area with a jacuzzi. David and his wife are incredible hosts, very attentive, reactive and friendly, gave a lot of useful tips and it was just a pleasure to have a conversation with them. You really feel like at home. And the price is very reasonable for what you get. Recommend without hesitation

Best regards and thanks to the owner Francky :) A very decent and honest guy. He helped us a lot and was very nice. He agreed to store our luggage when we needed it. As for the apartment. Great location. The room was comfortable and had a beautiful terrace. In addition, the opportunity to climb onto the amazing roof was a great added value.

The host (and her daughter) is pretty welcome and friendly: they make you feel at home. It is a fantastic place to live in consider that extremely cheap price. The room is very clean and comfortable, with well working air conditioning. Wifi is speed. Public shared kitchen and bathroom are accessible.
