Olivia furnished the apartment with care and love. Everything is there down to the smallest details. The bed is extra comfy, the sofa is great and can be made into a comfy bed as well. Despite the apartment proximity to the street, it is super quiet as well and I am an extra light sleeper. There is even a french press for coffee. We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment. Probably one of the best apartment I stayed at. The communication with Olivia is easy as is the check-in.

We loved our stay here! It indeed is bigger than expected, though stated as one bedroom apartment, there is one more separate room with folding sofa bed, which was perfect for our kids. In apartment is everything what we needed, we felt like at home. Great location- 30 mins walk to AHHAA through city center and old town, 30 mins drive to Vudila. Very easy self check in / check out Highly recommended and hope to stay here again

Very central location; city center is literally 5-10 min walk away! Modern yet compact facilities, all what a solo traveler might need is in place. Even few forks, a cooking pot - and a pack of kitchen napkins! And good, undisturbed view outside towards old (Soviet era) cinema building.

The location and surroundings are great: very close to the railway station, bus stops and close to the city centre with a nice walk towards. The self-collection of the key and check-in is very convenient. There is a laundry room with iron in case of need. Besides the practical matters, the story of its foundation is lovely.

We had a great one-night stay here. The property is a small self-contained building in the garden of a house. It’s in a beautiful area of Tartu a short walk from the centre of town. The place was clean, the sleeping arrangements were comfortable and there is a small kitchen and fridge. Communication with the hosts was fine. A perfect place to stay in Tartu.

I loved staying in this property and was sorry when I had to leave! It's comfortable, bright and well-insulated, with a large enclosed balcony and everything I needed for cooking, plus a brilliant machine for fresh coffee. The location is quiet and green, and it's easy to reach the city centre on foot or to get to a range of locations by public transport. The owners were very prompt and helpful with communications about the stay. I really hope to return some time!

I got the double room and that was very comfortable. There was a tiny kitchen with a microwave, water cooker, and fridge. Location was excellent, about 30 min short walk to the city center and there's a bus stop right there when I needed it.
