I had a wonderful experience during my stay, and I’d like to highlight the exceptional staff behavior. Everyone was cooperative, helpful, and welcoming. A special thank you to Eliwa, who hosted us with utmost professionalism. He made us feel like we were receiving special treatment, even though he extends the same care to every guest. I’d also like to thank Hashem, the bartender at the relaxation pool, and Mohamed, the pasta chef, for their exceptional service. Mohamed’s work was filled with passion, love, and joy, which made our dining experience truly delightful. Unlike reviews I’ve read about other hotels and resorts in the region, we experienced no form of discrimination, especially against Egyptians. The treatment was equally excellent for all guests, regardless of nationality, which was very refreshing. The drinks were moderate in quality, but the outstanding staff attitude more than compensated for this. The rooms were impeccably clean. However, the side sea view wasn’t ideal for us, and we would prefer a pool view for our next visit. The variety of food was outstanding. I’ve never encountered such an extensive selection as I did at Steigenberger Soma Bay. The taste was diverse, blending local cuisines with international favorites, which truly enhanced the dining experience.

If i could give this hotel a rating of 20 out of Ten I would the first 10 i would give for the following 1) the staff were amazing and i can only give a special thanks to all of them they were very kind, helpful and accommodating for all and very professional and spoke diffrent languages 2)The food was amazing the hotel had 1 main restaurant near the lobby 1 mainly lunch focused near the beach and 1 for snacks near the pools all were good and had great food variety and specialized so you can really taste the difference between dishes 3)the rooms were specious modern very clean and well lit. The room service was free and the required payment was reasonable 4)The shows were good 5)the beach was very busy but very clean and clear water and the service in the beach was good 6)The hotel is full of activities and I couldn't see them all but what i saw was fun and varied to a great extent 7)location is in souma beach which is closer to Safaga than Hurghada so if you intend to visit hurghada city prepare for a 30 minute drive otherwise souma bey is very good for snorkeling and water activities apecivaly windsurfing 8)the hotel is very accommodating i arrived with 2 toddlers and facilities and the staff were very accommodating and helpful with specialized activities for children present all that makes the resort a 10 out of 10 but what make it a 20 out of 10 on my eyes is that a member of my family had a medical emergency in the room and we called the staff the were very calm and proficional the helped carry the patient to the closet bed understood what happened and called for the clininc staff which arrived within minutes with all required first aid and applied it while the ambulance was on the way after entering the ambulance every thing was aranged with the the hospital Alhamdullah we return the same day late at night the staff called all the time to check when we were at the hospital after we the return to the resort which was arranged by the hospital the...

One of the best hotels ever and the manager Mr Maged was nice, supportive And caring. He did his best to get out requests and needs done. I would like to thank Mr Maged for his hospitality. The location of the hotel is very nice and close to almost everything ( super market, coffee place, beach, downtown and restaurants ) The view from the rooms are very nice ( both the seaview rooms and the street view rooms are great ) The rooms are cosy and nice and the decorations of the rooms are so cute

The location is great, being nearby the downtown. The staff are very friendly and active. Food tastes good, and many options are available. The kids enjoyed the aquapark, it wasn't that big but it was fine and had the job done. Room is clean and spacious. Lagoon is clean, and the views right there are awesome.

Incredible value for money. An excellent location in the centre of downtown Hurghada. Well presented property and a very easy check-in and out. Great facilities in the room and an extremely comfy bed, covers and pillows. LOADS of storage space and some complimentary bottles of water to get you going (we arrived very late).

We were at El Gouna for kitesurfing. Our kitesurfing school Red Sea Zone was steps away, so Mangroovy was the best location for our needs! We truly loved the private garden accessed directly from both the living room and bedroom. Having a swimming pool, as huge as the one available in the complex (roughly 100 m long!), was a great recreational touch. We were greeted by Misho who ensured a smooth check-in and check-out and great comfort in the property. We would love to come back next year.
