Excellent flat, modern, with all the needed facilities. We stayed only one night because of a flight cancellation. We would come back here again for a longer period of time. The host was very receptive. He welcomed us and let us check-in earlier than indicated. The area is quiet. Not far from the sea and very close to the train station. I can strongly recommend the flat to others.

The residence offers excellent value for money. It has been recently renovated, so the furniture is new, modern, and functional. The room I was assigned was incredibly bright and airy, despite overlooking the walls of the Cannes castle. The reception staff is available 24/7 and was always exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional. As a solo traveler, I never felt alone thanks to their warm and attentive service. The location is perfect: just a 5-minute walk from several public and private beaches, yet far enough from the city chaos to ensure peace and relaxation.
