The property is wonderful and in such a gorgeous setting. It overlooks Loch Ness in the most picturesque area with farm fields and greenery abounding all over. The cottage is a super adorable one bedroom apartment and has all that you need for a comfortable stay. Everything was super clean and stocked well with amenities like coffee and shower supplies. We were extremely pleased and so glad we booked this property!

Karen and Steve are a prime example of hospitality and just as great as the apartment itself. Starting at the entrance door, where a wooden highland cow awaits you, holding a scottish flag and a flag representing the guests (in our case austrian), you could already feel that the hosts are making an effort of welcoming you. The interior is a loving mix of rustic cottage charm, exotic decor from around the world and adorable pictures (like e.g. Winnie the Pooh drawings). Everything is kept flawlessly clean and a sideboard offers loads of teas, coffee, cookies, porridge and sweets and magically refills itself every day, depending on whatever you took. Steve showed us around when we arrived, being very welcoming and funny and we felt like home right away. He even introduced us to their house donkeys Raymond&Pumpkin and their goat Billy which was a highlight of our whole Scotland trip. Karen unfortunately broke her ankle and was only able to greet and talk to us through the window next door, but her pure joy at having guests was nonetheless noticeable and heartwarming. Both of them were incredibly helpful and magically there when we needed it, while still giving us all the space we wanted to have enough privacy. Spending a few days in this oasis felt like a warm hug. We absolutely recommend this place and will definitely come back here the next time we are in Scotland again.

I liked the location, it was not far to walk from the city centre, but it was far enough to not be disturbed by traffic noise, so it was a very calm and quiet place. The kitchen was really great, it was very spacious and well equipped. The common areas were cozy and we could watch the Olympics on huge screens.

The room was spacious and clean. It was very close to the city centre, maybe 2 mins walk. Free parking and a lovely breakfast. Plus, Isla, the dog, was so pleased to see all the guests (a very happy, well-behaved dog) Thank you for a lovely stay

Lovely apartman, spotless. Great location, downtown is in walking distance, but nice, friendly street, with a park nearby. There is a good restaurant in 5 minutes walk. The owner is very communicative and helpful - we really enjoyed our stay, it was the best accomodation we had in Scotland.

Great location, great infrastructure, very nice and helpful staff. The flat has everything you need, and Duncan and Simon really did their best to provide the little special touches. It's spacious and comfortable, and the Tesco across the street and easy access to Inverness City center are definitely huge plusses.

Stayed for one night and i despite sharing a room with others everyone was respectful. Easy location to find near the city centre yet still quiet at night. I enjoyed a leisurely breakfast on the Sunday morning in the comfortable surroundings downstairs. Showers and bathroom were clean and fine imo and all in all great value for money.

This is a great accomodation! Very friendly hosts, great communication! The lodge itself is beautiful within the garden of the property, it is spacious, the kitchen provides everything one would need for a few days. The location is also great, in a few minutes you can walk into city center. We liked it very much and would definitely recommend a stay there!
