The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely sincere. They supported us in every aspect of our needs, both during the meeting and throughout our stay. It was clear they truly enjoy their work, and their positive energy made all the difference. We’re so grateful for the warm hospitality — they made us feel completely at home. The hotel itself was spotless, centrally located, and the rooms were excellent. The complimentary coffee and high-quality toiletries were also a lovely touch. We truly can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

A luxurious hotel with all needed facilities. We booked a room on the excutive floor and it was breathtaking! Big, soundproof and most important a clean room, with view the Liverpool ferry wheel 🎡! The bed was huge, more than enough for two people, with a big screen to watch movies which are saved on the tv. And the bathroom, stunning! Separated only by a glass from the room and a curtain if you want more privacy! Big wardrobe and iron included! In the room there were wine and a selection of coffee flavours to make, using the coffee machine which is provided in the room! Room service was very good as well with good prices for the food and drinks! Looking forward to book here again!

There is plenty of parking, the property is easy to get to and was an ideal place to stay for our trip to Liverpool. I would recommend anyone staying here if you are visiting Liverpool.

The room was beautiful. Service lovely and the hotel itself is so beautiful! It’s so cool inside and looks so much more expensive than it is. The mini bar and coffee station and everything is so full and stocked. The bathroom is amazing and the room is so clean and a perfect place to stay. Good location and staff are so helpful.

Great location - I'm sure it's a fabulous place to stay in the summer. Good for exploring around the redeveloped docks (Queen's/Albert), shops and museums and a 15 minute walk from Liverpool One and the city centre shopping areas. Free parking was the deciding factor - other options included Hilton and other prime city centre hotels, but the parking charges doubled the cost of a few days stay elsewhere. Friendly staff and great breakfast.

Rooms were clean, modern and comfy! Location is almost in the city centre, and it is near all famous Liverpool sights. Breakfast was tasty and unlimited, you can have as much as you need. Overall, great value for money, definitely a place to stay for a few days.

The location was excellent, easy to find. We drove there but we also walked about 10 mins to the bus stop and took the bus into the city centre. Room was comfortable and we liked that it had a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The check-in was easy and it's an ideal place to stay for a few nights. We didn't need to have breakfast or use the kitchen but it was good to know it was available if required.

The hotel is simply the perfect place to stay, if you are exploring Liverpool. Great location very close to Albert Dock, friendly staff (a handwritten note of the housekeeping lady gave it an extra personal touch!) great sized room incl comfy bed and great sized bathroom, amazing views from the top floor, and all this for a super affordable price. I also liked the option to pick your own breakfast items for roomservice! Highly recommended, I will stay here again.

Really nice room, everything clean and comfortable with lots of amenities available. Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms are in a historic Victorian building above a small pub where the breakfast is served. We got a delicious breakfast for very cheap. Location is gorgeous on a ridge that overlooks a green vista. Nice to stay out of the city centre but have easy access to the downtown by car or bus! I would come again!
