As a well experienced and somewhat "spoiled" solo traveler I tend to do thorough research before choosing a hotel. My friends are teasing me, calling me a "princess". I don't argue with them. The glowing reviews about PETRA NERA caught my attention, and now I know why. My four-night stay there was nothing short of dreamy and perfect I arrived at 11:00 PM, the last guest to check in that day, and was warmly welcomed by the amazing reception manager, Eleni. She greeted me with a warm smile, gave me a quick rundown of the hotel’s facilities, and handed me a sandwich for a light dinner. That kind gesture set the tone for everything that followed A member of the staff, lovely Kostas, took me to my room, which was sparkling clean, and waiting with a pre-cooled air conditioner to greet me with comfort. From that first moment, I felt truly taken care of The room itself was spacious, the bed incredibly comfortable, the shower excellent, and the small fridge new and very efficient. The balcony was a total highlight—on one side, a peaceful pine forest; on the other, a magical view of the Aegean sea. Waking up to that scenery was a gift The pool was another delight: clean, inviting, and kept at the perfect temperature. The sunbeds felt like something from a luxurious private villa. Breakfast was fresh, satisfying, and a great way to start each day The location was Spot on. The hotel is tucked in a quiet and pleasant area, yet close to both serene or lively beaches, with endless restaurants and attractions within easy reach. But what truly sets PETRA NERA apart is the staff. Every person I encountered was kind, smiling, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work—a rare and precious thing. Eleni at reception deserves a perfect hospitality award! I left with a full heart and a clear intention: I’ll definitely be back. Thank you to everyone at PETRA NERA for making my vacation feel so special.

We had a really great time here. Bellina and her family is very kind and helpful. The beach and the bus stop (16) are nearby. It is easy to get everywhere from here. It's a big advantage that there is a grocery store at the bottom of the building. I would recommend this accommodation to everyone.

You’ll find plenty of restaurants along the same street and several supermarkets within easy walking distance—making it a perfect spot for families with kids. Noemia studios is situated in the heart of the old town of Skiathos, a short walk down ancient cobbled streets to the old port. The apartments are newly renovated and tastefully decorated with a little balcony with a view of the old port; on the second floor there is a communal balcony with tables and chairs with a stunning view of the port and from which you can watch the boats come and go. The bathroom is modern with a beautiful walk in shower. The hostess and owner Georgia is incredible and went the extra mile from meeting us to guide us to the apartment and then to show us where we could park our car. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and even drove with one of our party to the airport so that he could drop our car! Hospitality at its finest! Booking restaurants, calling taxis, just nothing was too much trouble; We wish you so much success with your venture Georgia and will definitely stay with you again next time around. Probably the best location, value for money and most modern accommodation we had during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. Our room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided each day, including beach towels, which was a very thoughtful detail. The atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming, making our vacation truly relaxing. As a couple, we appreciated the comfort and attention to detail throughout our stay. Excellent apartment with everything you need. The mattresses were the most comfortable I ever slept on while on holiday. The host is very kind and made sure we had everything we needed, including by providing us with water bottles, coffee, shampoo, shower gel etc. The place is cleaned very well everyday. The internet is fast and works perfectly. There are three Android tvs with Netflix, Prime etc. One of the best apartments I ever stayed in.
