Me and my boyfriend stayed here in July 2025. Lovely location with just a 5 minute walk along the beach to reach the center of Aliki. We reached three different beaches and all the restaurants by the ocean, by foot. Fresh and well equipped apartment, bathroom and kitchen with everything to make our stay extra comfortable. Our host was very helpful and made our stay extra special by givning us local advice on places to visit on the island and always answered quickly when we messaged her, assisted us when booking taxi etc. A bonus was the very cute cat that hung out by the apartment and always wanted a cuddle from us. Loved our stay!

Excellent stay. Well worth the money. The hosts were super friendly and gave a lot of good tips on what to do. They also helped us rent a car which came delivered straight to the hotel. The room was cosy with a very comfortable bed/pillows. The Breakfast was amazing too, especially the omelette! We will definitely come back :)

First of all, Irini, the owner and host, is the nicest person. She greeted me with homemade lemonade and some snacks. I truly appreciated the quiet and homey feel throughout my stay. The room was spotless, well-maintained, very spacious, and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the nearest beach and a 7-minute stroll to the port of Aliki. They have the most beautiful bougainvillea and other plants adorning the white building.

Our recent stay at Parea Blue Zone in Paros was a delightful experience in every sense. Nestled in a pristine location, this new hotel really impressed us with its modern design, cleanliness, focus on detail, and calming energy. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views of Parikia (just a 5 minute drive down to the center) and the surrounding area. Waking up to the beautiful views was a highlight of our stay and offered such a serene start to each day. Breakfast overlooking the infinity pool and the island could not have been more picturesque. Moreover, the sunsets were simply breathtaking, making evenings at the hotel truly memorable. The rooms were not only stylish but also comfortable and equipped with all the amenities we needed. What made our stay even more exceptional was the friendly and accommodating staff. Eleutheria, Athan, Dionysia, and Kostas (we cannot thank you enough!) were attentive to every detail and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our visit. They helped with all of our questions, and their hospitality added an extra layer of comfort to our stay, making us feel just at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Parea Blue Zone and cannot wait for an opportunity to return. An incredible stay for myself, husband and two young sons. Mariana and her staff are welcoming, kind and hospitable. The hotel is stylish, comfortable and relaxed. It is a short drive to Pounda to catch the ferry to Antiparos and the staff are extremely knowledgeable about recommendations for your stay. We loved it and will be returning!

The host was super helpfull and nice, helping us where he could when we were ill and giving advice about the places to go around the island. The location couldn't be better, close to the beach, the store and all the restaurants in Aliki. The appartement was kept very well too, it was cleaned everyday and even our cooking appliances were washed. All in all it was amazing! Below is the view from our balcony.

Hotel’s location is excellent. 2min away from the beach and all the tavernas and coffee shop. The bus stop is right outside the hotel if you plan on using public transportation which by the way it is very good and on time. The staff at the hotel are always very helpful and whatever you ask they will assist as best as they can.

Location is 5 mins walk from the front which has bars and restaurants and a supermarket. It’s very conveniently located. Irene met us upon arrival and couldn’t be more helpful. Wonderfully welcoming even leaving food and drink for her guests when they arrive! Everything is so well stocked down to shower gel. The apartment is relaxing and beautiful with plenty of seating options and a large outside terrace with ocean views. The apartment is full of personal touches which make the stay extra special.

We spent ten days at Holidays in Paros and appreciated the location and especially our hosts who were able to make us feel at home ( we were offered a perfect espresso every morning!). The apartment was very clean and the towels were changed every day.
