This was possibly the best hotel we have stayed in during our many trips to Greece. The room was a superb design with very high quality fittings throughout. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was first class with different local food served every day. The area around the pool and bar had very comfortable chairs.

The house is wonderful. Feels brand new and is so well kept! Super clean and has all the amenities you may want and more! It’s equipped with absolutely everything plus some food and items to start you off!! Best property I ever found in Booking.com. Mrs Maria is a wonderful host! The stay was magical - from the room, the service and the food, could not asked for anything more. The staff are warm, friendly and very attentive. The location and view is also possibly the best on the island with tones of restaurants in close proximity when you feel like something different.

Online communication with the host was superb. He gave me all instructions how to get from the port to the apartment. I got upgraded to the bigger room with the balcony . Bed was really good to rest and sleep, toilet was clean, small table to eat breakfast and enough kitchen utilities. Wifi works well. Location is at the end of Korissia at the main road to Ioulis. Host showed up the last day so I had an opportunity to chat with him. He is so kind with smile on his face all the time.

The location of the hotel was unique ,with the balcony overlooking the sea. The nearby beach was fine, Gialiskari less than a mile away had also a beautiful sandy beach and was protected by the wind. Otzias and Xyla beach were also very inviting but a bit further away.The capital Ioulida is beautiful and the bright archeological museum is worth a visit.

This is my first time to visit Kea Island. The hotel is excellent in all aspects. Environment, service, cleanliness, location. Next time we come, we will choose this hotel again.

Great host and good location just above the harbour of Kea/Tzia. Prompt communication with host at all times. The property is an old renovated stone house in the heart of the harbour town. Given its location and layout of the small town you need to go up quite some stairs but it is not really an issue and you have nice views once there.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of the port, the view from the terrace is beautiful, the bed was very comfortable and all the little details in the room were so nice... Gaby is the nicest host ever.
