Our stay was truly wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The house is very spacious, neighboring two other similar properties. It consists of two bedrooms (each with its own bathroom) and a kitchen–living room area in the middle. In my opinion, it can comfortably accommodate more than four people. Outside, there is a beautiful terrace with a pool. The pool is more for leisure and relaxation than full swimming, but it serves its purpose perfectly. Around it, you’ll find sunbeds and an outdoor sofa. The terrace is accessible from every room, which is very convenient, and it offers wonderful views of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped, as are the other rooms. The house is located directly on the beach, so you can easily go for a swim and return to relax by the pool. The beach is rocky, as is the sea access, but it’s very clean and wonderfully quiet—almost as if you are on a deserted island. The sea can sometimes be wavy and a bit difficult to swim in. Beach sunbeds are also available at the accommodation to take with you. If you prefer a sandy beach, there is one at Monolithos, though in our opinion it’s not as nice as the local one. There are a few restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance, but better restaurants are a bit farther away. A rental car is highly recommended, as the main Santorini attractions are not within walking distance. That said, we did notice that the bus service runs frequently, with bus stops located all around the island. Finally, we would like to sincerely thank our host, Beathrice, for waiting until 1 AM to check us in (our flight was delayed by three hours) and for kindly offering us a ride from the airport in case our rental car booking fell through.

Everything was incredible. It was a great location, close to the airport and accessible to everything but quiet like we were on our own island. Right by the beach. It was clean and cute and comfortable and had everything we needed. But the best part was the staff. All were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond for us. They arranged everything we needed and we were also so kind and fun. It felt like we were staying in a much more expensive place than we were. We can’t say enough good things about it

The sea!The villa has a unique location quiet and peaceful and practically on the beach. We were treated daily to the gentle sounds of the waves of the Aegean. Our hostess was attentive and kind. Her mums homemade spinach pie and marble cake were a treat. The best well stocked ivilla I have encountered.Every need was catered for.

Location to airport, great for a late night flight arrival into Santorini. Staff were super helpful in the morning with information about the island and storing luggage for us. We only had booked to stay for 1 night before moving to our next accommodation.

Anna’s Villa was great value for money. The bedrooms were spacious and clean with a big kitchen and living area. We liked the location. It is very close to a beach which has soft black sand. We swam in the water. Also the area has 3 good, value for money restaurants close by. It’s obviously not in the very touristy areas of Santorini but everywhere is easy to reach due to the bus network. The buses are amazing cheap (1.6€) and air conditioned).

The place is an excellent getaway. It's not crowded, just 8 private apartments which are very well maintained and clean. Private pool and two beaches nearby with a bus stop just a short wall away to access Fira the capital and other major locations. The breakfast is personalised and served individually in the apartment. The staff are very kind, helpful and yet very discreet. I was very happy with my stay there and felt like home away from home.
