Love the serenity and calmness that this place offers. 2nd time here, we went back for the spa.. The spa is amazing and for a fraction of what you would have to pay anywhere else.. If you want to have a relaxing short getaway holiday then this is a place to go to. 1 hr by ferry from Harboutfront and you are away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Everything is great! The hotel is just above the Harbour Bay, very convenient. Room is spacious, bed and pillows are comfortable. Swimming pool is clean with nice sea view especially during 4-6pm. On top of that, the hotel staff are the best. They very helpful and efficient, especially Kevin who made our stay at the hotel very enjoyable. He was very patient in answering our questions, recommending food in Batam and explaining the culture and religion. He introduced us to the restaurant's chef Dinar, who personally prepared for us a unique Batam local cuisine Ketupat (traditional rice cake), rendang sapi (beef rendang), sambal goreng hati (fried potota with chicken liver), absolutely delicious! Highly recommend! We’ll come back again.

Our experience was good at the end thanks to very attentive and helpful staff, who helped us change from seafront room to seaview bungalow. The food from both restaurant is good and the view relaxing. Overall nice place to stay for 1-2 days if you’re looking for calm and peacefulness, but still needs major renovations.

Breakfast was awesome... Location is great. Quiet and peaceful. Good to have a small minimart that sells snacks and drinks. Sultan room was spacious with jacuzzi in the room. The swimming pool is slightly deep. Should have engraved the depth nearby. Spa is the Best!!!! Highly recommend the Bali style massage with Hot Compressed! Anyway they have loads of treatment and massage to offer! Staffs are polite and helpful and speak good English too! This place gives you the BALI vibes!

The room size, (we had to change room twice during our stay ) ,due to building work around the hotel. Central pool area and the restaurant location.

The location is very good. From the hotel we can view Singapore marina bay. And it’s very close to Singapore, only 1 hour ferry.

The outskirts of the location of this place are great for relaxation. The staffs are friendly and helpful . Always willing to assist and had great patience in explaining during the check in. Even housekeeping staff are great too. Always greet with full respect .

It is a beautiful resort and location, nice views, nice pool, rooms are clean, and the free ferry terminal is handy as well. The food at the restaurants was quite good, but a bit pricey, especially at the on-site bar. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The location was great with views of Singapore in the distance. There was a lovely deck overlooking the sea to have drinks and dinner. The swimming pool was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good and a good range, European on the deck and Indonesian in the restaurant.
